METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF EXACERBATION OF CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE LUND DISEASE

摘要

Method for diagnostics of exacerbation of chronic obstructive lung disease through sampling and investigation of sample of biological material from patient’s lungs and following analyzing data obtained. As samples of biological material one takes sample of sputum in which qualitative and quantitative composition of short-chain fat acids of fraction C2-C6 is investigated. If respective content of propionic acid exceeds 18.9 % in total content of C2-C6 short-chain fat acids of fraction C2-C6 one diagnoses exacerbation of chronic obstructive lung disease.
