<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum heat insulating material which can suppress a heat bridge phenomenon, and can maintain a heat insulating effect for a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The vacuum heat insulating material 1 is constituted in such a manner that: the material comprises one sheet of an outer coating material 16 for decompressing and sealing a core material 15 on which a plurality of layers of gas barrier films having deposited membranes and heat adhesive films are laminated and which is composed of at least an inorganic fiber; the outer coating material 16 is folded so that the heat adhesive film becomes the internal face thereof; and the opposite heat adhesive films positioned at the periphery of the outer coating material 16 are thermally adhered to each other. The cross section of an adhered part 23 which is cut at a plane substantially vertical with respect to a folded line 22 of the outer coating material 16 has a recess, and the thickness of at least a part of the adhered part 23 positioned between the recess and the folded line 22 is made two times or more than that of the heat adhesive film, whereby the heat insulating effect can be maintained for a long period of time by preventing the formation of a non-adhered part in the vicinity of the folded line 22, and the heat bridge phenomenon can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
