<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing polyurethane resin aqueous dispersion by the use of which a narrow molecular weight distribution is obtained, no organic solvent is used upon dispersing into water, and a dried film excellent in physical properties is obtained, and to provide the polyurethane aqueous dispersion obtained using the method. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the polyurethane resin aqueous dispersion (Q) containing polyurethane resin particles (U1) with a volume-average particle size of 0.005-5 μm includes a step of dispersing a polyurethane resin (U), whose end isocyanate group content is ≤0.2 mmol/g, obtained using no organic solvent into water at a temperature below a melting temperature of the polyurethane resin (U) using only an ultrasonic dispersing apparatus (A) as a dispersing apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
