PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulation system improving performance by efficiently utilizing multiple processors. SOLUTION: The emulation system is equipped with: a compilation processor; and an emulation processor. The compilation processor reads and analyzes an instruction from a target code, and generates a host code for performing emulation corresponding to the instruction. The emulation processor executes the host code in a compilation mode wherein the host code is generated by the compilation processor, reads and analyzes an instruction from the subsequent target code in an interpreter mode wherein the host code is not generated by the compilation processor, and performs emulation corresponding to the instruction.
