PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a blur correction making reduction of degradation of a picked-up image consistent with improvement in blur correcting performance. SOLUTION: A vibration detecting sensor 42 detects vibration and generates a detection signal indicating a detection result. A correcting lens part 113 is displaced from an optical axis to move the position of an optical image imaged on an imaging surface of an imaging element 21, on the imaging surface. When the vibration detected by the vibration detecting sensor 42 is larger than a predetermined level, the control part 50 enlarges and sets the displacement range of the correcting lens part 113, and displaces the correcting lens part 113 by a driving part according to a detection signal generated at the vibration detecting part 42 within the set displacement range to correct a blur of the optical image on the imaging surface generated by the vibration detected by the vibration detecting part 42.
