AZO PIGMENT, METHOD FOR PRODUCING AZO PIGMENT, AZO PIGMENT-CONTAINING DISPERSION, AND COLORED COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an azo pigment which gives good stability to pigment-containing dispersion and ink liquid, and includes an excellent tint and optical density, and preferably a longitudinal length of which is 0.01-30μm, when measured using a transmission microscope.

SOLUTION: This azo pigment is a compound represented by formula (1), in which the Bragg angle (2θ±0.2°) in CuKαcharacteristic X-ray diffraction includes its own X-ray diffraction peak at 6.6°and 25.7°, and its tautomer.
