<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate image data for which a bronchial region is depicted up to a peripheral part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A storage part 10 stores source volume data related to a region including the bronchi of a subject. A non-closed space closing processing part 12 generates replaced volume data by replacing the first pixel value of an attention voxel with a second pixel value based on the first pixel value and the pixel value of a prescribed order among the pixel values of a plurality of voxels included in the vicinity region of the attention voxel for each of the plurality of attention voxels included in first volume data. A difference processing part 14 generates bronchial emphasis volume data for which the bronchial region is emphasized by differentiating the generated replaced volume data and the source volume data.
