摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-spherical shell type composite piezoelectric element capable of being manufactured with no need of large-scale equipment and labor and without occurrence of cracks and a peeling phenomenon in a charged resin and being high in conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In the composite piezoelectric element 1 including piezoelectric ceramics, an organic polymer and electrodes 2, the piezoelectric ceramics are a plurality of columnar objects which are almost the same as one another in height and are arrayed while putting their height directions in the same direction. The organic polymer is charged between the arrayed piezoelectric ceramics at the height almost same as those of the piezoelectric ceramics. The entire composite piezoelectric element is curved into a semi-spherical shell form and the electrodes are disposed facing a recessed face portion and a protruded face portion of the semi-spherical shell form. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
