<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system temporary reducing restriction of usage for specific job data in an image forming system that is executing usage restriction of users. <P>SOLUTION: In the job processing system including: a job processing apparatus for practicing a job; and an information processing apparatus communicating with the job processing apparatus and having a job data creation function, usage restriction information for restricting the usage of the function of the job processing apparatus is managed per user, the information processing apparatus acquires usage restriction information corresponding to the first operation user indicating the creation of job data and writes it in the job data transmitted to the job processing apparatus, and the job processing apparatus confirms whether the usage restriction information is written in the job data received from the information processing apparatus or not, and, in the case the usage restriction information is confirmed, the job data are processed in accordance with the usage restriction information, and, in the case where the usage restriction information is not confirmed, the job data are processed in accordance with the usage restriction information of the second operation user indicating the practice of the job in the job processing apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
