<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inhibiting and preventing a flow which enables inexpensive and safe construction. <P>SOLUTION: Round steel pipes 9 are embedded at spaces in a wall-surface direction in a soil cement column wall 1. A tubular filter material 24 is installed in the round steel pipe 9 in such a manner as to come into contact with an inner peripheral surface of the round steel pipe 9. A plurality of slits 6 are formed in the round steel pipe 9 and a depth portion corresponding to an aquifer 4 of the soil cement column wall 1, respectively. Groundwater in the ground is collected into the upstream-side round steel pipe 9 through the slits 6, and the groundwater in the round steel pipe 9 is discharged into the downstream-side ground through the slits 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
