PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening device for a fluid machine, securing axial force of a bolt if a relaxation phenomenon arises in a member formed of light metal when the member formed of light metal is connected to another member, and to provide the fluid machine equipped with the fastening device. SOLUTION: The fastening device for the fluid machine forms a part of the fluid machine and connects the first member and the second member, at least one of which is formed of light metal. An intervention member 76 of the fastening device is formed of a shape-memory alloy having a martensitic transformation temperature higher than a connection temperature, at which the first member and the second member are connected via the bolt, and lower than operation temperature of the fluid machine, and is deformed to increase the axial force of the bolt when temperature of the intervention member exceeds the martensitic transformation temperature after the connection of the first member and the second member.
