<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a degree of freedom of designing a device while securing dust/moisture preventing abilities. <P>SOLUTION: The portable information processor thermally connects a heat pipe 16 thermally-conductively connected to a processor 15 inside a device body 11 of a dust/moisture preventing structure, and a heat sink 21 of the docking station 13.
