<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of suppressing the adhesion of a scale in a flow passage where water as a heated liquid flows. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The heating medium-water heat exchanger 10 exchanging heat between water flowing in first piping 11 and a heating medium flowing in second piping 12 includes: a first heat exchange part 10a for exchanging heat between water and a heating medium; a second heat exchange part 10b for exchanging heat between the water passed through the first heat exchange part 10a and a heating medium having a temperature higher than that of the heating medium flowing in the first heat exchange part 10a; a second heat exchange part 10c for exchanging heat between the water passed through the second heat exchange part 10b and a heating medium having a temperature lower than that of the heating medium flowing in the second heat exchange part 10b; and an outlet part 97 for making water passing through the second heat exchange part 10c flow out to the outside of the heat exchanger 10.
