PURPOSE: An uninterruptible power supply unit is provided to prevent the overcharging of a battery by efficiently transferring the energy from a load to an AC input power source. CONSTITUTION: A battery(130) stores the energy. A balance node(BN) is connected to an AC power source through a switch. A first power source converting circuit(120) is connected to the balance node, the battery, and a load. A first power source converting circuit controls the voltage level which is applied to a load by charging and discharging the energy of a battery. A second power source converting circuit(110) is connected to the balance node and the battery. A second power source converting circuit controls a current applied in the balance node or the load by charging and discharging the energy of a battery.
