PURPOSE: An adhesive composition of a steel panel for low-temperature curing is provided to obtain excellent mechanical properties including adhesive strength and impact strength, to have uniform adhesive thickness, and to prevent the adhesive from carbonized in a spot welding process using a flame retardant. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition of a steel panel for low-temperature curing includes acryl-modified epoxy resin 45 ~ 50 weight%, bisphenol-A type epoxy resin 20 ~ 25 weight%, hardener 5 ~ 10 weight%, curing accelerator 1 ~ 5 weight%, filler 5 ~ 15 weight%, hygroscopic agent 1 ~ 5 weight%, glass bead 0.1 ~ 1 weight%, and flame retardant 5 ~ 15 weight%. The equivalent of the acryl-modified epoxy resin is 280 ~ 525 g/eq. The equivalent of the bisphenol-A type epoxy resin is 170 ~ 335 g/eq. |
