Die includes cartridge, intermediate bushing, bushing with multifacet hole, and soli alloy insert. Insert includes separate sections in the numbers equal to number of upset item facets. Sections are made in the form of prisms with trapezoid cross-section with beveled corners at non-operational ends. Insert section corner bevels are symmetrical to operational end facets. Bushing with multifacet hole features cuts at facet junctions. Intermediate bushing is housed tightly in the case and clamps cut bushing with multifacet hole.
