PURPOSE: A clogging preventive device of a membrane separation device for advanced treatment and a method thereof are provided to prevent a clogging phenomenon of an air gap when processing water is filtered through a separation film unit. CONSTITUTION: A clogging preventive device of a membrane separation device for advanced treatment comprises the following: a separation film unit(160) selectively filtering sewage and effluent according to a size of a particle; a suction line(L1) connected to the separation film unit; a suction pump(170) which solid-liquid separates a mixed solution flowing in the separation film by absorbing pressure, emits processing water to the outside; a differential pressure gauge(220) detecting the pressure of the processing water flowing in to the suction line; a processing water line (L2) transmitting processing water which is solid-liquid separated to a specified location; a processing water on off valve(162); a back-washing water supply line(L3) branched in the processing water line; a back-washing water supply tank(200); a back-washing water supply on off valve(164); a back-washing water injecting line(L4) formed between the back-washing water supply tank and the separation film frame device; a backwashing pump(204); and a cleaning agent storage tank(210).
