A method and a device for transferring information in a network, wherein the network is at least partially organized in substructures; wherein specific roles and/or functions are allocated within each substructure; wherein these roles and/or functions communicate specific information between substructures; and wherein the result of these communications is used to organize the information transfer between at least two of the substructures.
