PURPOSE: A waveform pattern assembling type room negative plate is provided to improve the exterior by forming waveform pattern on a noise barrier wall installation. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of soundproofing blocks(100) is assembled for a waveform pattern assembling type room negative plate. A soundproofing block is formed into arc. A fitting part(110) is formed in one side of the soundproofing block. A fitting groove is formed in the other side of the soundproofing block. The fitting part of the soundproofing block is inserted into the fitting groove.
