PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating medium injection method for efficiently filling a heating medium within a heating medium circulation passage and injecting the heating medium to inside of a heating medium auxiliary storage tank. SOLUTION: By removing a heating medium control mechanism 22 for controlling movement of the heating medium between the heating medium auxiliary storage tank 23 and a heating medium storage tank 18, a lid member 69 including an atmosphere opening pipe 68 for opening inside of the heating medium storage tank 18 in the atmosphere is mounted. The heating medium is injected to inside of the heating medium storage tank 18 via the atmosphere opening pipe 68. By operating a circulating pump 19, the heating medium is replaced with remaining air within supply pipe 16, a heating medium heating source 15, return pipe 17 and a heating medium heat release part 14. While the remaining air replaced and blown out to inside of the heating medium storage tank 18 is discharged to inside of the heating medium auxiliary storage tank 23 via a communication pipe 28, inside of the heating medium circulation passage 20 is filled with the heating medium. Then, the heating medium is injected from the heating medium storage tank 18 to inside of the heating medium auxiliary storage tank 23 via the communication pipe 26 to preset amount.
