PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To subject X-ray projection data to the X-ray tube discharge correction in the X-ray computerized tomography for scanning by controlling an X-ray tube to repeatedly change the X-ray tube voltage to a plurality of set values by several views. SOLUTION: The set value Vp (view) and the measured value Vm (view) of the X-ray tube voltage at each time in the plurality of views when X-ray projection data are collected are specified, and the difference between the set value and the measured value is found. The projection data of the views in which the difference is in at least a prescribed level are subjected to the X-ray tube discharge correction. The set view Vp (view) of the X-ray tube voltage in each view is specified, for example, based on control information of the X-ray voltage directly acquired from an X-ray controller of a scanning gantry, or predicted, for example, based on the relations between a changing pattern of the set value of the X-ray tube voltage and the temporal change of the measured value of the X-ray tube voltage.
