BLACK PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN COMPOSITION, AND BLACK MATRIX AND COLUMN SPACER USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A black photosensitive resin composition and black matrix and a column spacer which are manufactured using the same are provided to have a low dielectric constant while having excellent optical density when a thin film is formed and to display high compressive displacement and a high recovery rate. CONSTITUTION: A black photosensitive resin comprises: cardo-based binder resin 0.5 ~ 20 weight%; reactive unsaturated compound 1 ~ 20 weight%; photopolymerization initiator 0.1 ~ 10 weight%; pigment 0.5 ~ 20 weight%; and a solvent. The pigment includes an organic pigment and an inorganic compound with a mixing ratio of 1 ~ 10 : 1. The cardo-based binder resin is a polymer having a repeating unit which is marked as a chemical formula 1. The average molecular weight of the cardo-based binder resin is 1,000 ~ 20,000 g/mol.
