<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve tact when there is not a permanently installed feeder nearby a place where a substrate is fixed. <P>SOLUTION: The places where permanently installed feeders X, Y, and Z that a user previously mounts are arranged and the place where the substrate 8 is fixed are found, and when there is not a permanently installed feeder nearby the placed where the substrate is fixed, an average of total numbers of component mounted by the permanently installed feeders and an average of total numbers of component mounted by feeders A to E to be arranged are found. When the average of the total numbers of component mounted by the permanently installed feeders is smaller than the average of the total numbers of component mounted by the feeders to be arranged, the feeders are arranged according to a mounting-valued pattern for separately mounting components of the permanently installed feeders and components of the feeders to be arranged, but when the average of the total numbers of component mounted by the permanently installed feeders is larger than the average of the total numbers of components mounted by the feeders to be arranged, the feeders are arranged according to a simultaneous suction pattern for mounting together the components of the permanently installed feeders and the components of the feeders to be arranged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
