A blower motor speed controller of an air conditioner for a vehicle is provided to prevent damage and fire to a blower motor caused by a short-circuit of feedback lines by branching an inner feedback line on a printed circuit board of a switching element. A blower motor speed controller of an air conditioner for a vehicle comprises a speed control unit, a switching element(400), an inner feedback line(420) having an anti-overcurrent unit(430) inside, and an outer feedback line(500). The speed control unit senses the voltage applied to a blower motor and outputs a control signal to control the speed of the blower motor for a target speed. The switching element adjusts the voltage applied to the blower motor in accordance with the control signal outputted from the speed control unit. The inner feedback line is branched between the blower motor and an end point of the switching element, which is connected to the blower motor, on a printed circuit board of the switching element. The outer feedback line connects the inner feedback line and the speed control unit.
