<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an internal combustion engine, supplying fuel having stable property when the internal combustion engine is started or low load operation is performed even if mixed fuel of alcohol and gasoline is phase-separated. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A vehicle control system 1 includes a mixed fuel storage means, an alcohol concentration detection means, a mixed fuel extraction means, an extracted fuel storage means, an extracted fuel storage amount detection means, and an extracted fuel storage amount managing means. When the mixed fuel stored in a sub fuel tank 31 is below a predetermined amount, the mixed fuel with an alcohol concentration set below a predetermined value in the mixed fuel stored in a main fuel tank 21 is moved to the sub fuel tank 31. Thereby, gasoline-rich mixed fuel is always stored in the sub fuel tank 31 by a constant amount or more. Accordingly, when the engine 100 is started up or low load operation is performed, the mixed fuel having the stable property and stored in the sub fuel tank 31 is supplied.
