<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet head which can reduce crosstalk by removing a piezoelectric body remaining between drive units of the inkjet head, and can buffer the stress generated when the piezoelectric body is divided, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the inkjet head, including a plurality of chambers, a membrane covering the plurality of chambers, and the plurality of drive units separated from each other and arranged on the membrane with a virtual parting line as a boundary in order to supply pressure to the plurality of chambers, includes a step of forming a groove in one side of the membrane corresponding to the position of the parting line, a step of bonding the piezoelectric body to one side of the membrane where the groove is formed using adhesive resin, and a step of dividing the piezoelectric body so that the groove is exposed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
