CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for sterilizing comprises: an ion generator, an ion supply pipe(20) which is connected with the ion generative; and a sterilizing pipe which is connected with the ion supply pipe and sterilizes fluid. The sterilizing pipe comprises: an inner pipe in which fluid flows; an outer pipe having the inner pipe; and an UV lamp which is arranged between the inner pipe and outer pipe.
