PURPOSE: A device for fixing a spare tire for a vehicle is provided to be used to a small vehicle which uses dual fuel by forming a new tire fixing unit, and to enable a driver to easily separate a spare tire from a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A device for fixing a spare tire for a vehicle comprises a luggage panel, a luggage board(3a), a spare tire(5), and a height control member(150). The luggage panel forms a luggage room in the rear side of a vehicle. A fuel tank is formed in the luggage panel. The luggage board is arranged in the top of the fuel tank so that the fuel tank and the luggage panel are not exposed. The spare tire is arranged in the luggage board for an emergency. The height control member controls the location and the horizontal height of the spare tire.
