PURPOSE: An electro-conductive coating composition, and a producing method thereof are provided to form a uniform coating layer by improving dispersibility and coating ability, and to secure chemical stability and optical transmittivity. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an electro-conductive coating composition comprises the following steps: obtaining a carbon nano tube with the content of carbon impurities under 25wt% by heat treating a synthesized carbon nano tube mixture in a rotary reactor under the condition of oxidative gas while dispersing and moving the carbon nano tube mixture; and mixing 100 parts of water by weight, 0.01~5 parts of polyacrylic acid resin by weight, 0.01~7 parts of heat-treated carbon nano tube by weight, and 0.01~1 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfonate or sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate by weight.
