The sleeve (1) has a body comprising a main conduit (16) and a bypass conduit (18), where the main conduit includes end portions (20, 24) emerging on an outer wall of the body. The end portions receive an end of each of segments (3, 5) of the main conduit by fitting. The bypass conduit extends from a central portion (22) of a main pipe (6) and opens on the outer wall at an opening. Contour of the opening is provided with adaptation unit (50) to cooperate with a combined adaptation unit (60), where the adaptation unit is provided with an end of bypass conduit. An independent claim is also included for a hydraulic system.
