<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner with a heat pump using a cooling heat exchanger in an air conditioning case as a heat absorber for heating motor cooling water while avoiding comfort in a vehicular cabin from being impaired by cold air supplied into the vehicular cabin after passing through the cooling heat exchanger. Ž<P>SOLUTION: During the operation of the heat pump, the cooling heat exchanger 14 to be used in normal air cooling operation is used as the heat absorber and a water-refrigerant heat exchanger is used as a radiator for heating the motor cooling water. At this time, an outside air inlet 25 and a defroster opening portion 28 of an air conditioning unit 20 are opened and a blower 22 is reversely rotated with an air mixing door 23 at a maximum cooling position in normal air conditioning operation to create an air flow in the opposite direction to that in the normal air conditioning operation. Thus, all air in the vehicular cabin sucked from the defroster opening portion 28 into the air conditioning case 21 is cooled passing only through the cooling heat exchanger 14 and then exhausted from the outside air inlet 25 to the outside of the vehicular cabin.
