<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepreg giving a layered product being excellent in dielectric characteristic at a high frequency area and being excellent in flame retardancy and heat-resistance in a non-halogen system, and a layered product obtained using such a prepreg. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the prepreg, a reinforced fiber is impregnated with a curable resin composition containing a conjugated diene-based polymer, a curing agent, a filler and boehmite alumina. The layered product is obtained by superposing the prepreg and the prepreg or other materials and curing them.
