<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of sufficiently extracting an effective ingredient from Ganoderma lucidum in a high yield, without waste. <P>SOLUTION: The method of extracting the effective ingredient from Ganoderma lucidum includes a step of immersing Ganoderma lucidum 3 in a sealed tank 1 containing water heated to about 70-90°C and leaving it for a predetermined period of time, a step of pressurizing the inside of the sealed tank 1 after the leaving for the predetermined period of time and storing the sealed tank 1 under refrigeration for a predetermined period of time, a step of reducing the pressure rapidly to the atmospheric pressure after the storage under refrigeration, a step of immersing the Ganoderma lucidum 3 in the sealed tank 1 containing water at about 7-15°C, pressurizing the inside of the sealed tank 1, and storing the sealed tank 1 under refrigeration for a predetermined period of time, and a step of reducing the pressure rapidly to the atmospheric pressure after the storage under refrigeration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
