<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an image showing frequency characteristics in less memory capacity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A storage section 14 stores gain data that are data indicating a gain at any one of upper and lower frequencies of an octave interval equal to a reference center frequency that is a center frequency to become a reference among center frequencies of an equalizer of a predetermined frequency sharpness. An arithmetic section 13 arithmetically operates a gain at the other of the upper and lower frequencies of the octave interval equal to the reference center frequency from the gain data stored in the storage section 14. A display control section 15 controls display of an image indicating the gain at both the upper and lower frequencies of the octave interval equal to the reference center frequency.
