PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration welding apparatus with a simple composition, in which a jig can be fairly easily replaced and the dislocation of a vibration jig by vibration during welding is prevented. SOLUTION: The vibration welding apparatus has a vibration source 2, a vibrating plate 3 (upper platen) vibrating by being given vibration, a still plate 4 (lower platen) which can be displaced in the direction opposite to the vibrating plate, the vibration jig 5 (welding upper jig) which holds one resin component and is attached to the vibrating plate to be fixed, and a still jig 6 (welding lower jig) which holds the other resin component and is attached to the still plate to be fixed. The vibration jig is held at a magnetic substance part 5a by the magnetism of a magnet part 3a, when being attached to the vibrating plate. A plurality of projections are formed on one of the vibrating plate and the vibration jig, and a plurality of recesses engaging with the projections when the vibration jig is attached to the vibrating plate are formed on the other.
