<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus with camera which can perform a shutter operation at desired timing intended by a photographer without using a remote controller or the like, and is excellent in operability. <P>SOLUTION: A cellular phone includes: a camera module 13 for outputting a captured image as image information; a memory 105 for storing the image information; a face registration part 504 for holding information related to a face image; a face extraction part 501, a face parameter extraction part 502 and a matching determination part 505 being configuration for detecting the face image held in the face registration part 504 from the captured image; and a photographing control part 506 for executing control processing for photographing.
