Ž<P>SOLUTION: The construction method for constructing the soundproof cover 11 for a rail R comprises forming notches 31 in the soundproof cover 11 by gauging to avoid the interference of the soundproof cover 11 and fasteners T fastening the rail R to sleepers S when carrying the soundproof cover 11 into the construction field and fixing the soundproof cover 11 in a predetermined position of the rail R in the construction field, and fixing the soundproof cover 11 in the predetermined position of the rail R in the state of avoiding the interference with the fasteners T by the notches 31.
