<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual communication method by narrow-band communications which can provide an information accordant with places to individual vehicles moving between antennas adjacent to each other (1), can transmit the information of large capacity by means of plural antennas (2), can prevent increase of load of a network that is caused by transmission of useless messages (3), can prevent the wrong transmission of information that should be transmitted in a preceding communication area (4) and also can prevent a signal processing chattering for evading increase of the CPU load or redundant transmission (5). SOLUTION: A roadside controller detects in real time both entering and leaving information on the communication area of each antenna about every moving object and then communicates in real time with a general controller about the detected entering or leaving information. The entering and leaving information include a moving object identifier and an antenna identifier respectively. The leaving information is notified after the communication is cut for a fixed time between the antenna and moving object.</p> |
