PURPOSE: A franchise loyalty card for a franchise loyalty service and a dynamic data managing method thereof are provided to offer the franchise loyalty service smoothly by saving RFM(Recency Frequency Monetary) of a customer in a separated area with the credit card information save data. CONSTITUTION: A franchise loyalty card comprises the following units. A ROM includes a CPU(10a), a language interpreter(10b), and various security codes(10c). The CPU executes and operates a franchise campaign rule program command which is supplied from a franchise loyalty management system. The ROM includes a COS(Chip Operating System) which is the same as a card payment terminal. The CPU executes and maintains the franchise campaign rule program in a RAM.
