<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new adhesion system developing strong adhesion force by forming a material having no adhesive function by itself on a substrate and interposing a particulate material also having no adhesive function by itself between the layers when adhesion is needed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The new adhesion method for bonding the substrate includes forming an organic cationic gel layer by coating organic gel particulates comprising a polymer having a cationic group in a molecule as a component on the substrate and interposing anionic particulates between the organic cationic gel layers.
