PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeller having improved reliability and performance, and to provide a compressor and a method of manufacturing the impeller. SOLUTION: The impeller includes a hub 6 rotatably supported around a rotational axis L and having a diameter gradually larger upstream to downstream in the flowing direction of fluid, a plurality of impeller blades 5 extending from the outer peripheral face of the hub 6 to the outside in the radial direction, and a shroud 4 cylindrically formed with its diameter gradually larger upstream to downstream in the flowing direction of the fluid and linked with the outer peripheral ends of the plurality of impeller blades 5. The impeller blades 5 each consist of an upstream blade portion 5U and an downstream blade porion 5L joined to each other in a joint plane P1 extending in the direction approximately perpendicular to the rotational axis L.
