<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor circuit and a DC-DC converter with reduced noise and excellent power efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor circuit comprises: a high-side switch; a rectifier connected in series with the high-side switch; a control circuit controlling ON or OFF of the high-side switch; and a low-side circuit. The low-side circuit is connected across the rectifier, and cuts off conduction when the high-side switch is ON and flows a current in a direction reverse to a direction of a current flowing to the rectifier when the high-side switch is OFF. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
