PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed-change controller which can fully enjoy a merit of automatic mode operation while reducing a control load of operator at the time of turning running in a motorcycle equipped with an automatic gear-change mechanism changing speed-change gear stages by an actuator. SOLUTION: A speed-change controller 50 includes an actuator control section 93, a bank angle detecting section 91, a speed-change prohibition section 92, and criteria bank angle change section 96. The actuator control section 93 automatically controls an actuator 67 based on a running condition of an automatic motorcycle 1. The bank angle detecting section 91 detects a slant angle of the vehicle of the automatic motorcycle 1. The speed-change prohibition section 92 prohibits driving the actuator 67 by the actuator control section 93 when the slant angle of the vehicle detected by the bank angle detecting section 91 becomes a predetermined reference bank angle or more, and the reference bank angle change section 96 changes the reference bank angle based on an operating condition of the automatic motorcycle 1.
