<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for treating volatile organic compound in which volatile organic compound is efficiently effectively used as engine fuel at first, and which is achieved with excellent facility cost, running cost, and the like at second. <P>SOLUTION: The treatment system includes a concentration device 4, an engine 2, a recovery device 5, and the like. The concentration device 4 adsorbs volatile organic compound, desorbs the adsorbed volatile organic compound by blasting hot air 9, and forms concentrated gas 8. The recovery device 5 is supplied with the concentrated gas 8 by the concentration device 4, adsorbs volatile organic compound contained in the gas to a filter, desorbs the adsorbed volatile organic compound by blasting steam 11, and forms concentrated gas 12.
