摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency functional element structure which has a broadband signal transmission inhibition characteristic and is suitable for miniaturization, and also to provide a high frequency functional component. <P>SOLUTION: The high-frequency functional element structure is configured so as to have: a slot line 2 having a slit formed in a first conductor layer 1; a first transmission line 3 and a second transmission line 4 which extend in a direction having an electric field of an orthogonal component with respect to a transmission direction of the slot line 2 and are formed across the slot line 2; a first connection structure 5 for connecting the first transmission line 3 to the first conductor layer 1; a second connection structure 6 for connecting the second transmission line 4 to the first conductor layer 1; a second conductor layer 7 formed so as to cover the slot line extending from the first connection structure 5 to the second connection structure 6; and a dielectric layer 8 interposed between the first conductor layer 1 and the second conductor layer 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
