PURPOSE: A system and a method for All_IP based autonomous mobile communications on a smart node are provided to implement autonomous cooperative communication for a terminal within a virtual network by configuring a virtual network including a smart node and a terminal which responds to a first frequency which is not used in a base station. CONSTITUTION: A frequency search unit(210) searches a first frequency among the frequency bands allocated to BS(Base Station), wherein the first frequency is not used in a base station. A frequency transmission unit(220) transmits the searched first frequency to a terminal in a cell via a smart node, and a network configuration unit(230) configures a virtual network. The virtual network includes a terminal corresponding to the first frequency and the smart node.
