<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily know the time when a fuel tank is in a feedable state, and to excellently prevent a user from being exposed to a disagreeable state over a long time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An ECU 24 constituting a fuel tank system 10 includes a liquid fuel storage detection circuit 46 for detecting the remaining amount of a fuel F in a fuel tank 12, a pressure detection circuit 48 for detecting the internal pressure in the tank, a fuel supply request detection circuit 50 for detecting a request for fuel supply, a pressure relief time calculation circuit 52 for calculating the pressure relief time until the internal pressure in the tank is close to that in a vicinity of the atmospheric pressure after an on-off valve 20 is opened based on the detected remaining amount of the fuel F and the detected internal pressure of the tank, a fuel supply permission circuit 54 for permitting the fuel supply from a fuel supply port 26a after the pressure relief time is elapsed, and an notification circuit 56 for notifying the pressure relief time calculated by the pressure relief time calculation circuit 52 to a user.
