PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum cleaning device of a printing press which can surely clean both two blanket cylinders. SOLUTION: Cleaning is conducted in the first cleaning part 27, by causing the first surface 22a of the cleaning cloth 22 to contact a first blanket cylinder 11. The first surface 22a and the second surface 22b of the cleaning cloth 22, after having passed through the first cleaning portion 27, are reversed in the cleaning cloth reversing part 28. Cleaning is conducted in the second cleaning part 29, by causing the second surface 22b, which is the opposite side to the first surface 22a of the cleaning cloth 22 having passed through the first cleaning portion 27, to contact a second blanket cylinder 12. The two blanket cylinders 11, 12 are cleaned simultaneously by the respective unused surfaces of the cleaning cloth 22, thereby both the two blanket cylinders 11, 12 being surely cleaned.
