PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operational amplifier and a drive device for display panel capable of reducing a layout area of a circuit. SOLUTION: A source amplifier 121 comprises: a differential circuit 300; a current mirror circuit 210; and an output circuit 212. The differential circuit 300 comprises: a differential pair N11 wherein high voltage tolerant NMOS transistors N11A, N11B are connected in parallel to the current mirror circuit 210; and an NMOS transistor N13. A sink amplifier comprises: a differential circuit 302; a current mirror circuit 216; and an output circuit 218. The differential circuit 302 comprises: a differential pair P12 wherein high voltage tolerant PMOS transistors P12A, P12B are connected in parallel to the current mirror circuit 216; and a PMOS transistor P15.
