PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device for suppressing a vibration even when the on-vehicle device is attached to a standard inside rear view mirror. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle device 10 is attached to a mirror portion 6 of the inside rear view mirror 1. A mirror portion 12 and a display portion 13 are arranged on a front surface of a body 11 of the on-vehicle device, and a control portion and the like are mounted in the body 11. A balancer 15 is mounted on a back surface 6a side of the mirror portion 6 of the inside rear view mirror. Hence, a center of gravity O2 of the whole body is positioned on a joint portion 5 side of the inside rear view mirror, and a stable state is reached. Accordingly, even when the vibration of the vehicle is transmitted to the inside rear view mirror and the on-vehicle device, they are not largely displaced by vibration. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
